Downstairs consists of an open plan kitchen dining and lounge area heated by a great log fire and a heat pump in the lounge area and a second heat pump upstairs to keep you warm in winter and cool in summer. The house provides a flat screen TV with Sky basic, a DVD player and high speed capped Wi-Fi for those evenings where you just want to relax and cuddle up with a movie. Downstairs you will also find the main bathroom and the first bedroom which holds a queen sized bed.
Upstairs consists of a second living area with the second heat pump and a perfect place for the kids or teenagers to hangout while parents catch up downstairs. There are also the remaining three bedrooms and the second bathroom.
Outside on the flat section is a deck with a BBQ for those summer nights when you want to enjoy the outdoors and relax in the mountain air. If you prefer to hang inside there is a table tennis table in the garage to have an in house competition!
The owners of this home have also provided for those families with little ones a portacot and highchair so you do not need to bring these with you. Please note that bedding is not provided for the portacot.

Tenants are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next tenant however we do offer an optional cleaning service, the cost of this cleaning service would be $120.00.
