The property has an open plan kitchen, dining and living area accessed via the verandah. The fully equipped kitchen has a standard oven, electric hob, fridge/freezer and microwave, while the living area has a log burner for heating. There is unlimited Wi-Fi available.
There are three bedrooms in the main house. The master having one queen bed, the second and third bedrooms have one single bed each while the fourth bedroom is a self-contained studio accessed via the garden out the back with ensuite and small kitchenette. The laundry with a washing machine is located in the garage.
Please note: The owners do not allow pets at their property, however, from time to time they do bring their own dog.
Tenants are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next tenant however we do offer an optional cleaning service, the cost of this cleaning service would be $130.00.
