The fully equipped kitchen has a standard oven, electric hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a highchair for the young ones.
There are four bedrooms all on the same level each with their own heat pumps. The master has a queen bed with ensuite and walk-in wardrobe, there are two further queen bedrooms and a bunk room with two sets of bunks.
There is a main bathroom with separate toilet and the washing machine and dryer are located in the garage.
Fully fenced this is a great place to let the children and pets play safely in the garden.
Tenants are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next tenant however we do offer an optional cleaning service, the cost of this cleaning service would be $130.00.
