This is a warm, sunny home that is close to the centre of Hanmer Springs and a great option for families. It is situated on a private rear section with an outlook to the surrounding mountains. Just a few minutes’ walk away is the Hanmer Springs golf course, tennis courts, a skate park and playground. The village shops and hot pools are a 10-minute walk along flat streets.
There are 3 good sized bedrooms, spacious open plan living areas and indoor/outdoor flow to the backyard. The living area features a log burner, heat pump and a ceiling fan. This home has Sky TV with Sport and there is also free unlimited Wi-Fi and Chromecast available.
All beds have electric blankets and all rooms have electric thermostat heaters and wardrobes. Duvets and pillows are provided for the beds and there are plenty of extra pillows and blankets.
2 x high chairs and a baby bath are supplied, along with toys, puzzles and games to keep the kids amused.
There is space for one vehicle in the garage, where there is a pool table, dart board and room to store bikes etc out of the weather.
Tenants are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next tenant however we do offer an optional cleaning service, the cost of this cleaning service would be $100.00.
