Upstairs: This space has a large open plan lounge/dining/kitchen with ranch-sliders that lead out onto a decking area for summer BBQs, where at any time of the day you can sit enjoying a drink and looking at the view over the village. The lounge has a 60 inch flat screen TV with Freeview as well as a DVD player for movie nights and a CD player to enjoy some background music while catching up with friends and family.
The master bedroom is located off a small hallway off the upstairs living area as well as the main bathroom with a shower, bath and a separate toilet.
Downstairs: This space features a smaller lounge/dining/kitchen area which is a great space for the kids to hangout as well while giving the parents a wee break upstairs as it also has a TV. The second bedroom comes off this lower lounge and a curtain is used for privacy. Downstairs also has its own bathroom with shower and toilet, and the laundry is housed in the area. Please note this area can be cold for winter bookings.
The second door downstairs off the garage leads to the third bedroom that consists of a queen bed and a double/single bunk set.

Tenants are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next tenant however we do offer an optional cleaning service, the cost of this cleaning service would be $120.00.
