Nestled back off the street on a back section above the town is the home we like to call the 'Hunters Cabin'. This lovely three bedroom home basks in morning sun streaming through large windows positioned throughout the home. Several personal touches for decoration like the saddle on the wall above the lounge, the old fashioned calendar in the kitchen and various pictures and artwork scattered throughout.
As you enter via the back door you pass through the laundry complete with a washing machine and dryer, off to your left is the bathroom with a shub (shower over a ½ size bath tub), separate toilet and vanity area. Next you will enter the high ceiling lounge which has views of the lush Heritage Forest from the veranda complete with BBQ. This area is heated by a cosy log burner fire in one corner and a ceiling fan to make sure the heat circulates throughout the home. Off to one end of the lounge is the open plan kitchen.
The two enclosed bedrooms are at one end of the home, one features a queen bed and the other has two singles. Both bedrooms are complete with electric blankets and bedside lamps.
Above the living area and up a steep ladder is a loft bedroom which has two single beds. This room is only suitable for older children and adults.
Although this home is not pet friendly the owner does bring their dog from time to time.
This home is a peaceful retreat for your next family holiday or getaway with friends.
Please note: There are steep steps up to the home and no driveway parking for your vehicle, only roadside parking after unloading your vehicle.
Tenants are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next tenant however we do offer an optional cleaning service, the cost of this cleaning service would be $100.00.
