Hanmer Holiday Homes are looking for a part time Office Administrator to join our busy office.

The position is part-time, three days per week working Friday, Saturday and Monday each week (exact hours are flexible and can be negotiated with the right applicant). Should full-time work be required there is the option to supplement the role with two days in the Servicing Team.

The successful applicant will be someone:

  • computer literate
  • excel at customer services both in person and over the phone as you will be helping tenants out
  • highly proficient in spoken and written English
  • experience with Microsoft Suite and Xero is an advantage but not necessary as we can train you
  • be a NZ citizen or have a valid working permit

Hanmer Holiday Homes is looking for full time and part time energetic individuals to join our great Housekeeping/Servicing Team of 16 awesome staff!

Do you have your full drivers license, are you fit, reliable, motivated to work within timelines and someone who takes pride in presenting homes, studios, and apartments to the highest standard, then this role could be for you?

We are very flexible with what days and hours you choose. This could mean you work outside of normal business hours if this works best for you.

You must be able to live in, or in proximity to, Hanmer Springs, have a full NZ driver’s license and be flexible with changes in demand.

Hanmer Holiday Homes is looking for a full time maintenance team member to join our great team! Are you ready for a job change? Are you a school leaver searching for the next step? Or looking for a change of scenery? Then this may be the job for you!

The position is full time (5 days per week) and will require working one weekend day.
