Welcome to your Hanmer Holiday Home! Do you need help on how to access the keys to your holiday home? Read these instructions or watch the below video.

How to unlock the lockbox?

1. View the lockbox code number you would have received via text message and/or email. This will be a 4 digit number.

2. Slide open the small black door to reveal a series of 4 numbers.

3. Scroll each number so that the numbers facing directly to you match the numbers you would have received via SMS and/or email.

4. Once the numbers match, hold down the small black knob and then carefully pull out the silver door. Please make sure you hold down the small black knob and door at the same time.

5. The keys should now be visable and you can now access your holiday home.
