This home does not allow groups of individuals, only families will be considered.
Built in 2012/2013 on a flat section this large four bedroom family home has just about everything you could ask for in a holiday home. Large living areas, lots of bedrooms and you can park your car at the home and walk the 5 minutes to the village center full of cafes, restaurants and the Hanmer Springs Thermal Pools and Spa. This is an excellent home for a large family or families.
The main living spaces are open plan with a well-equipped modern kitchen and a living area set up with a flat screen TV with Sky Basic and Sky Sport. A sky decoder is provided at the home as well should you wish to bring your own sky card with you. Two highchairs are also provided to make holidaying with kids just that little bit easier.
All of the beds in the four bedrooms have electric blankets should you need them in the winter months. Both queen bedrooms also have flat screen TVs with Freeview installed. The king singles in the third bedroom can also be zipped together to create a king size bed if needed. A portacot is also provided for the little ones (you will just need to bring your own bedding).
The two modern bathrooms, one an ensuite bathroom off the main bedroom, have underfloor heating for your comfort in the cooler times to keep those toes warm, heated towel rails and bathroom heaters for your convenience. The hallways and laundry all have sensor lights in place so there is no fumbling in the dark for light switches should you have to get up during the night.
Outside is a large deck with a BBQ for summer evening entertaining, as well as only being a 5 minute walk to the village center this home is also on the edge of the Dog Stream Reserve with easy access to both walking and mountain bike tracks for those beautiful sunny days out and about and spending time with the family.
Please note: This home provides a wheelie bin for your rubbish requirements.
Guests are required to provide their own linen and towels as well as clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next guest. We do offer an optional linen hire and cleaning service. The cost of this linen hire can be found here. The cost of this cleaning service would be $155.00
Additional fees include: Admin Fee, Daily Damages Insurance, Credit Card Fee (if applicable), and any extras you may choose.
The Guest Service Fee covers the following: Administration fee, Guest Peace of Mind Insurance (cover for you to the value of $2,000 terms and conditions apply*), tea, coffee and sugar, salt and pepper, cooking oil, dishcloth, tea towels and bathmats, cleaning products and 2 x rolls of toilet paper per toilet, inspection of the property after your departure and 24/7 guest support.
