If it is a quiet location, in a beautiful home with the most amazing views you are looking for, look no further. 12 Tarndale Place is situated down a quiet private shared driveway, only 10-15 minutes' walk from the village and with views of Mount Isobel, Mount Dunblane and up the Lewis Pass.
Open the grand front door to the beautifully tiled entrance, head down the hallway to find three of the homes four bedrooms and main bathroom, including bath. There is a heatpump located in the hallway and internal garage access too.
Upstairs you will find an extremely generous master bedroom with walk in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom, complete with tiled shower and rain shower head. There is also the open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area with plenty of space for everyone. Temperature control will not be an issue in summer or winter with a log fire and heatpump/aircon.
Take in the beautiful views from the expansive lounge window or from out on the deck, which wraps around the Tarndale Reserve end on the home or curl up on the chaise lounge chairs with one of the books the homeowner has left for you to enjoy. The spacious, modern kitchen is well equipped to cater for the family or wine and cheese with the girls, the owners have even supplied a Nespresso coffee machine with milk frother - just bring your own pods.
The owners have covered all entertainment bases - Wi-Fi. Sky TV including Sports channels, a DVD player and DVD's, board games and books are all available for your stay. An ironing board and iron is supplied. The property borders the Tarndale Reserve, a great space for the kids to kick a ball around or for a leisurely stroll.
Guests are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next guest however we do offer an optional cleaning service, the cost of this cleaning service would be $150.00.
Additional fees include: Admin Fee, Daily Damages Insurance, Credit Card Fee (if applicable), and any extras you may choose.
