Jollies Delight is a cosy cottage, perfectly situated on the flat, in the centre of Hanmer Springs village. It is located just a 2 minute stroll from cafes, shops and library etc. A further 1 minutes' walk and you are at the Hot Pools. If you head in the other direction you are just minutes away from the numerous forest walks and mountain-bike tracks.
The living area catches all day sun and leads out to a north facing deck and shared lawn area, all fully fenced. The open plan kitchen/dining/living area has a new heatpump for those colder days. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a good sized fridge/freezer, stove and microwave. The solid-wood dining table and 6 leather chairs, plus couches (with seating for 5) gives ample, comfortable seating for everyone. The 42 inch TV is great for those sport buffs - with SKY Sports as well as basic SKY package.
The Queen bedroom is stylish, light and bright with modern decor. The 2nd bedroom has a set of bunks plus a single bed. There is an electric blanket on the Queen bed with 3 hot-water bottles for the Single beds.
To access the property, proceed down the drive (to left of house), where there is adequate car parking. The entrance to the house is from this car park area. From inside the covered porch, you will see that the right hand door leads into 15a. The porch area is also shared with an entrance into 15b.
Please note that 15a and 15b have been created by dividing an existing home in two.
Please note that the towels and linen shown in the photo do not come with the property. If you would like these when you arrive, please add it on as an extra when paying for this holiday home.
Guests are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next guest however we do offer an optional cleaning service, the cost of this cleaning service would be $80.00.
