18 St James Avenue is a modern well equipped home that has been tastefully decorated throughout. It is situated in a quiet setting, at the end of a private right of way, surrounded by established gardens and spectacular views. It is in an excellent location close to village centre and is only a 5 minute walk to Thermal Pools, shops, restaurants and walks etc.
It has three double bedrooms with a private ensuite in the master bedroom. The home provides excellent indoor/outdoor flow to a large private landscaped courtyard with built in BBQ.
It has free Wifi, gas fire, separate laundry and internal garage. Two night minimum stay on weekends. Careful children permitted. No pets.

Guests are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next guest however we do offer an optional cleaning service, the cost of this cleaning service would be $120.00.
