This lovely three bedroom elevated mid slope home is located on a quiet back section off Alpine Avenue. It has views from the deck of the surrounding hills is handy to popular walking tracks and the village. It has Sky Sport, DVD player and a TV in the lounge, with a second TV and DVD player and Freeview reception upstairs in one of the bedrooms.


Downstairs is the open plan kitchen, dining, lounge with a cosy log fire, a bathroom (please note this only contains a bath), separate toilet, laundry and one queen bedroom. Situated on the second floor is another queen bedroom and a bedroom with 4 single beds, as well as a second bathroom. There are electric blankets on the queen beds.


A garage with a clothes dryer is available for your use, as well as off street parking for 2 vehicles. The house is accessed via the outside stairs to the side up to the entry deck and living area. The kitchen is well appointed including a coffee machine and dishwasher. There is a large paved outside entertainment area with a BBQ and built-in outdoor bar leaner.


Guests are required to provide their own linen and towels as well as clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next guest. We do offer an optional linen hire and cleaning service. The cost of this linen hire can be found here. The cost of this cleaning service would be $120.00.


The Guest Service Fee covers the following: Administration fee, Guest Peace of Mind Insurance (cover for you to the value of $2,000 terms and conditions apply*), tea, coffee and sugar, salt and pepper, cooking oil, dishcloth, tea towels and bathmats, cleaning products and 2 x rolls of toilet paper per toilet, inspection of the property after your departure and 24/7 guest support.
