This delightful 3-bedroom retreat, in a great location (its right opposite the Golf Course), is ready to host you, your friends, and family for a relaxing getaway.

The open plan living, dining and kitchen area, bathed in natural light from the generous windows, creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. Step through the large double doors onto the decking and fully fenced section, where the barbecue awaits, offering an excellent vantage point to soak in the views of the mountain tops that stretch before you.

With three-bedrooms and two-bathrooms, ample space ensures everyone can spread out. Sleeping 8, this house has two queen beds and two single bunks. Please note that the top bunk beds are only suited to children please.

It is well equipped with modern amenities including a Playstation 3 with games and controllers, many books and board games, and a table tennis table with bats and balls to ensure your stay in Hanmer Springs is as convenient as it is enjoyable. It also has a Nespresso pod machine (but pods not supplied)

Fret not on the colder months, it has a cosy living area with a pellet fire and heatpump to stay warm with your family/loved ones.

When you are ready to explore, the infamous hot pools & Hanmer Springs Village is just a short 10 min walk away and busting with activities with the promise of stunning views and a memorable experience all year round.

Guests are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next guest. Cleaning products are supplied in the cupboard in laundry. We do offer an optional cleaning service, the cost of this cleaning service would be $120.00.

The Guest Service Fee covers the following: Administration fee, Guest Peace of Mind Insurance (cover for you to the value of $2,000 terms and conditions apply*), tea, coffee and sugar, salt and pepper, cooking oil, dishcloth, tea towels and bathmats, cleaning products and 2 x rolls of toilet paper per toilet, inspection of the property after your departure and 24/7 guest support.
