The home has three levels. On entry level from the front door there is all living areas, the kitchen and media room with a DVD player and movies along with two bedrooms with king beds. Down the stairs towards the garage and laundry is the double single bunk room and upstairs there are a further two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and ensuite and the other with a double bed and a single bed. There is also a hairdryer provided for your own convenience.
The home has been tastefully decorated throughout with a modern retro twist. The bedding is all top quality with wool duvets to keep you snuggly and warm in winter.
In the main lounge and dining area it is heated by a log fire and a heat pump is situated in the hall area to keep the entry level bedrooms warm. There is also table fans to keep you cooler in the summer months.
The property is fenced for children and also has a lovely outdoor area under a pergola.
Minimum two nights stay on weekends and holidays please.
Guests are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next guest however we do offer an optional cleaning service, the cost of this cleaning service would be $160.00.
Additional fees include: Admin Fee, Daily Damages Insurance, Credit Card Fee (if applicable), and any extras you may choose.
