The daily price per night listed is for the 2 bedroom house only with the option to add the studio (third bedroom with a queen bed) on at an additional $35.00 per night.
The property comes fully equipped with all amenities and is only a 10 minute walk to the Hanmer Springs Thermal Pools and a 5 minute walk to the Conical Hill walkway.
The owner has also added entertainment in the way of DVDs, a Foosball Table and books to keep everyone entertained and a BBQ has been provided to enjoy the beautiful warm summer evenings with family (gas bottle can be hired from the office).
Guests are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next guest, however we do offer an optional cleaning service (excluding bed making and dishwashing). The cost of this cleaning service for this home is $110.00.
Additional fees include: Admin Fee, Daily Damages Insurance, Credit Card Fee (if applicable), and any extras you may choose.
