With two queen beds, and two bathrooms (one with a full bath), full size bunk beds with inner sprung mattresses, it makes this home suitable for families, adults as well as children. There is a pool table in the garage for your enjoyment.
The outside decking around the lounge and dining room has two separate ranch slider entrances, making it ideal for BBQ's and outside dining. The large double garage (wood for log burner in it) has off street parking in front. Sky TV channels include the basic package plus Sky Sports.
It has a generous kitchen with plenty of bench space, eye level oven with choice of fan or bake, a large electric fry pan, slow cooker, sandwich maker and waffle machine.
All bedrooms have an oil column heater for those cold winter nights. The portacot has a mattress with mattress protector, a sheepskin underlay and one thick blanket. There are no sheets provided for the portacot.

Tenants are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next tenant however we do offer an optional cleaning service, the cost of this cleaning service would be $140.00.
