There are 3 bedrooms which can sleep up to 8 guests and there is a portacot for an infant. The master bedroom has an ensuite, with a second bathroom and separate toilet.
The house boasts a large family-friendly sitting room which will accommodate 10 people easily to watch Sky TV (yes! there is the sports channel), play board games, select a DVD or just relax with a good book.
The kitchen and dining room are generous with plenty of crockery, cutlery and utensils. A fridge/freezer, stove, dishwasher and microwave all help to make entertaining easy as pie.
The house is situated close to the village attractions, 5 minutes stroll to the pools, shops and restaurants.
Take breakfast in the secluded back garden and listen to the bell birds and tuis calling in the trees. At the end of the day, sit on the deck with a glass of wine and watch the sunset reflect on the eastern hills. Relax and breathe the fresh alpine air; let your cares drift away.
Please note that only the back garden is fully fenced.
Tenants are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next tenant however we do offer an optional cleaning service, the cost of this cleaning service would be $120.00.
Additional fees include: Admin Fee, Daily Damages Insurance, Credit Card Fee (if applicable), and any extras you may choose.
