Enter the living and dining areas from the East and West decking, or enjoy wine or coffee on the sheltered North facing deck. The well designed, spacious two level, four bedroom home has just been re-decorated and newly furnished to a very high standard, and is being offered for rent for the first time. A new ducted heat pump keeps all rooms cosy warm in winter and cool in summer. You can also light the wood fire for added ambience. The large fully equipped kitchen has magnificent views and will let you do as much or as little as you like while you enjoy your stay.
The property sleeps up to 10 (maximum 8 adults) with a minimum stay of 2 nights. The master bedroom has a new king bed and an ensuite. There are also two more queen beds, two singles and a set of new bunks.
The living includes free Wifi, Smart TV, Netflix and a Bluetooth theatre sound system. The downstairs bedroom also has a smart TV for your children or guests to have their own space if they need it.
Guests are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next guests, however we offer an optional cleaning service for $130. Linen is also available as an option.
