It has a fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, fridge/freezer and microwave, plus a 50inch Samsung Smart TV coupled with high quality sound-bar, unlimited Wi-Fi plus a CD/DVD player, a selection of toys, books, DVDs and board games for your holiday enjoyment
Living area has a log burner with fire guard plus a heatpump to ensure comfort all year round. Enjoy alfresco dining while taking in the beautiful mountain views
Three well-appointed double bedrooms; master with queen bed and ensuite; second bedroom with queen bed; third bedroom with 2 king singles, and all with electric blankets. Additional heaters for each bedroom are provided as well as the property being double glazed throughout and well positioned for the sun.
The main bathroom has bath and separate shower. The bathroom and ensuite have heated towel rails, under floor heating and gas hot water.
An HRV water filter system has been installed for the whole house to ensure you have fresh chlorine free water.
Single garage with internal access which also houses washing machine and clothes dryer.

Guest's are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next guest however we do offer an optional cleaning service, the cost of this cleaning service would be $120.00.
