There is an internal access garage on the ground floor to ensure you don't need to get wet while unloading the car. Also located on the ground floor is a very large bedroom featuring two king single beds and a queen bed. Off to the right as you enter this room is a bathroom that services the downstairs bedrooms.
As you make your way upstairs you will find the kitchen, main living area, master bedroom and another bathroom.
This home has two TVs with Freeview for your use. It is very close to the Dog Stream Reserve which is located at the end of the street and an easy stroll up to the pools and central village.
Please note that although children are welcome, the layout of the bedrooms makes the home not suitable for babies and small children.
Tenants are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next tenant however we do offer an optional cleaning service. The cost of this cleaning service would be $90.00.
Additional fees include: Admin Fee, Daily Damages Insurance, Credit Card Fee (if applicable), and any extras you may choose.
