This lovely one bedroom studio unit is located in the beautiful grounds of the Hanmer Springs Hotel with access off Conical Hill Road

Adjoining Garden Studio 353 can be added by booking separately to accommodate a family. Offer only available by contacting Hanmer Holiday Homes, so please call during normal business hours Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, Saturday 9.30am - 5pm or Sunday 9.30am - 2.30pm to arrange.

It takes in amazing views of the surrounding grounds and mountains beyond with complimentary use of the swimming pool and tennis court ( you can book in to use them at the main hotel reception desk).

Parking space is available in the main carpark off Conical Hill Road by the tennis court a short walk from the unit.

The studio includes one king split bed, couch, ensuite with shower over bath, tea and coffee making facilities plus microwave.

There is also additional seating outside on the patio area.

Please Note: There is no internet access at any of our Garden Studios.

This is a fully serviced room which includes Tea, coffee, sugar, milk, linen, bedmaking and cleaning after your stay in the quoted price.
