The kitchen is a chefs delight, well laid out with everything you need at your fingertips perfect for entertaining your family or guests. This great modern open plan living area flows out on the deck and backyard perfect for those summer evenings to enjoy a BBQ while the kids play in the fully fenced yard.
On those cold winter evenings, snuggle up with a good book and enjoy the warmth with the lovely hot pellet fire.
All bedrooms are located off the living area down the long hallway. The master bedroom is down the end of the house with ensuite and sliding doors out to the deck. The second bedroom has a queen bed with quality furnishing, the third bedroom is a wonderful kids room with two sets of bunks. The property would be perfect for a couple of families to have a break away.
Tenants are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next tenant however we do offer an optional cleaning service, the cost of this cleaning service would be $120.00.
Additional fees include: Admin Fee, Daily Damages Insurance, Credit Card Fee (if applicable), and any extras you may choose.

The Guest Service Fee covers the following: Administration fee, Guest Peace of Mind Insurance (cover for you to the value of $2,000 terms and conditions apply*), tea, coffee and sugar, salt and pepper, cooking oil, dishcloth, tea towels and bathmats, cleaning products and 2 x rolls of toilet paper per toilet, inspection of the property after your departure and 24/7 guest support.
