Located in the heart of Hanmer Springs, an easy 5 min flat walk from the thermal pools and village, this warm and welcoming retreat is ideal for families, couples or groups seeking comfort, mountain views and all the little extras to make your stay even more enjoyable.
Space to unwind
Set across two levels, Stay7A comfortably sleeps up to eight guests in four well-appointed bedrooms. Upstairs, the master bedroom features a king bed, a Smart TV, a private deck with incredible mountain views, and an ensuite complete with spa bath. Downstairs, you’ll find two more king bedrooms (able to be configured as twin king singles). A fourth bedroom is located upstairs with twin king single beds. All rooms are equipped with electric blankets for year-round comfort.
Relaxed living and modern style
The open-plan living area is designed for comfort and connection, with a cosy fireplace, large Smart TV, and a fully renovated kitchen with modern appliances. A heat pump / air conditioning unit ensures instant warmth in winter and cooling in summer. In warmer months, open both sets of bifold doors to enjoy a seamless indoor-outdoor flow, fresh air and mountain views. The sunny patio is perfect for BBQs, morning coffee, or unwinding with a drink after a day out.

Garage & Parking
There is a single garage with internal access to the house, but please note this is not suitable for parking a car. The laundry and firewood are located in here, and it's perfect for securely storing your bikes. There is off street parking for 2 cars in our shared driveway, please be mindful not to block our neighbours access/driveways.
Pets
Careful pets are welcome, please be aware this property is not fully fenced and pets are not allowed on any bedding. The entire yard must be checked & cleaned up prior to guests departing.
Linen & Cleaning
Guests are required to provide their own linen and towels. We do offer an optional linen hire, costs can be found here. Please note that a full cleaning service is required for this home, the cost of this is $155.00 and will be included in your quoted rates.
The Guest Service Fee covers the following: Administration fee, Guest Peace of Mind Insurance (cover for you to the value of $2,000 terms and conditions apply*), tea, coffee and sugar, salt and pepper, cooking oil, dishcloth, tea towels and bathmats, cleaning products and 2 x rolls of toilet paper per toilet, inspection of the property after your departure and 24/7 guest support.
