9 Alpine Avenue has a compact, but well thought out design and is kept warm with a log burner, fan heater and oil heater as well as electric blankets on the beds. The open plan kitchen, living and dining area is a great space to socialise, whilst also providing defined areas if some wish to watch Freeview or Netflix, and others want to play a board game or even curl up on the daybed and read a book. The homeowner has thought of it all. Unlimited free Wi-Fi is also available.
Bedroom one has a queen bed and bedroom two has two single beds, which can be zipped together to make a super king, making the perfect set up for either two couples or a small family.
The home has been furnished with guest comfort in mind. An iron and small ironing board is also available so you can tidy up your dress or shirts for a dinner out.
Your pets are welcome, the owner is happy for them to be inside but please don't allow them on the furniture. The property is only partially fenced but has an area that is totally enclosed and includes a kennel for the furry member of your family.
Please note the driveway to the property is relatively steep. 
There is plenty of firewood to keep you warm during your stay, this is located in the garage. Please use the door next to the garage to gain access not the main garage door.
Guests are required to provide their own linen and towels as well as clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next guest. We do offer an optional linen hire and cleaning service. The cost of this linen hire can be found here. The cost of this cleaning service would be $90.00.
