Your pets are welcome, the owner is happy for them to be inside but please don't allow them on the furniture. The property is only partially fenced but has an area that is totally enclosed and includes a kennel for the furry member of your family.
Please note the driveway to the property is relatively steep. Although there are no stairs in the home there is stairs leading into the house from the top of the driveway.
Tenants are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next tenant however we do offer an optional cleaning service, the cost of this cleaning service would be $80.00.
