This family friendly house has a fully equipped kitchen and laundry, spacious living area with Sky TV, complimentary unlimited Wi-Fi and Chromecast for you to enjoy on the 55 inch Smart TV and sound bar. A heat pump opening out onto an expansive deck area for entertaining with a BBQ (Gas bottle hire is not required as the BBQ is connected to the main gas supply). The three bedrooms inside the main house consist of a master with queen bed and ensuite, the second has two single beds and the third bedroom has a king bed that can be split into two singles and a main bathroom.
Adjoining is a fully self-contained studio unit, with a queen bed, fridge, an I-pod dock for music, and microwave plus an ensuite bathroom. Please note the daily price per night listed is for the house only with the option to add the studio on at an additional $35.00 per night.
There is flat access to the home and the section is fully fenced.
This property is completely pet and smoke free.
Guests are required to provide their own linen and towels as well as clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next guest. We do offer an optional linen hire and cleaning service. The cost of this linen hire can be found here. The cost of this cleaning service would be $145.00.
