It has an open plan kitchen living and dining along with a separate lounge has TV, PS3 and Apple TV on offer, the Freeview box is able to take a Sky card if you wish to bring your own from home. Wi-Fi makes this a popular option for all the family members. Warm and cosy in winter with the log burner and electric heating. The three bedrooms are located up the hall at the front of the home. The main bathroom is off the living area and has a bath, a favourite with the wee ones. Two aircon/heatpump units have been installed to ensure summer comfort, alongside the wonderful heat of the log fire in winter.

Bedroom one has a queen sized bed and ensuite bathroom with shower. Bedroom two has a queen bed also, with sash windows providing great airflow in the warmer summer months. Bedroom three is perfectly set up for the kids with bunks and a single bed and plenty toys and books.

If it is outdoors where you wish to spend your time away this house has endless options. From the covered front porch, the large deck alongside the house is perfect in summer or the front or back lawn is perfect for cartwheels and tag for the kids and a nice cold beverage for the folks or a shady nook to read your favourite book.

Tenants are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next tenant however we do offer an optional cleaning service, the cost of this cleaning service would be $120.00.
