A beautiful character villa that has been extended and renovated to offer plenty of space to entertain. Family friendly and safe for the kids. Located in the old part of the village with convenient access to Brooke Dawson reserve and the Heritage Forest walks.

It has an open plan kitchen living and dining along with a separate lounge which has a TV with Apple TV on offer and Freeview. Wi-Fi makes this a popular option for all the family members. Warm and cosy in winter with the log burner and electric heating. The three bedrooms are located up the hall at the front of the home. The main bathroom is off the living area and has a bath, a favourite with the wee ones. Two aircon/heatpump units have been installed to ensure summer comfort, alongside the wonderful heat of the log fire in winter.

Bedroom one has a queen sized bed and ensuite bathroom with shower. Bedroom two has a queen bed also, with sash windows providing great airflow in the warmer summer months. Bedroom three is perfectly set up for the kids with bunks and a single bed and plenty toys and books.

If it is outdoors where you wish to spend your time away this house has endless options. From the covered front porch, the large deck alongside the house is perfect in summer. The front lawn is perfect for cartwheels and tag for the kids and also has swings! You can also take a nice cold beverage and watch the kid from the shade of the front porch, which is the prefect place to enjoy the morning sun with a coffee and read your favourite book.

Tenants are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next tenant however we do offer an optional cleaning service, the cost of this cleaning service would be $120.00.
Additional fees include: Admin Fee, Daily Damages Insurance, Credit Card Fee (if applicable), and any extras you may choose.
