7a Leamington Street (Carinya) is located right in the middle of the township of Hanmer Springs. It is a 3 minute flat walk (no hills) to the famous Hanmer Springs Thermal Pools & town centre. It is set on an elevated rear section overlooking Hanmer valley to the south. The entrance and front section is flat from the road with beautiful views of Conical Hill to the north.

In winter months, open a bottle of wine from one of the local wineries and either sit in front of the open fire or relax in the huge 2 person spa and enjoy the warmth and ambience Carinya has to offer. There are also 3 leather lounges, a LCD wide screen TV with surround sound system, SKY TV with Movies and Sports channels and wireless boardband internet.

In the summer months all external doors (lounge/dining/main bedroom) fold back providing a wonderful open feeling with flow through ventilation. Enjoy a gas BBQ with wok and alfresco dining under the shade of the beautiful trees or at night under a wondrous sky full of stars.

Recently both bathrooms and 1 separate toilet and hand basin have been completely renovated.

There is a single garage and plenty of off street parking on this rear section.

Careful pets are welcome, please be aware this property is not fully fenced.

A travel cot/cot blanket is also supplied free of charge, children also are very welcome.

Two night minimum at all times. The deposit on this property must be paid within 48 hours of booking - it will be cancelled without warning if the deposit is not paid in time.

Tenants are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next tenant however we do offer an optional cleaning service, the cost of this cleaning service would be $150.00.
Additional fees include: Admin Fee, Daily Damages Insurance, Credit Card Fee (if applicable), and any extras you may choose.
