The home is split over two levels. On entry level the open plan kitchen, dining with extendable table which can seat up to ten people plus lounge area with Vodafone TV and complimentary unlimited WiFi is ideal. There is also a bathroom and three bedrooms on this level. Bedroom one has a double single bunk set, bedroom two has a queen, and bedroom three a single bunk and a single, making it the perfect setup for two families, with up to six children. Please note that there is no electric blankets on the bunk beds.
Up the stairs is the master bedroom with ensuite as well as a sun-trapped reading nook and a second lounge, a fantastic spot for the children to enjoy a movie or play games whilst the adults relax downstairs.
The log fire heats the home throughout, assisted by the chimney running through the second lounge upstairs, for colder winter days.
Please note pets are welcome at this property, however the section is not fully fenced.
Tenants are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next tenant however we do offer an optional cleaning service, the cost of this cleaning service would be $140.00.
