The home is double glazed and there is a log fire with fireguard and heat pump for those chilly nights. Upstairs is a grand open plan kitchen, living and dining area complete with SKY TV and highchair for the little ones, the master bedroom with an ensuite, laundry and access to the extensive decking with views of the Hanmer basin and internal access to the double garage complete with a table tennis and foosball table. Downstairs are two further bedrooms, both with queen beds and wall mounted TV's. The main bathroom with a shower over spa bath is also downstairs.
The outdoor area consists of a wooden seating set and a terracotta outdoor fire place which enable you enjoy the ambience when sitting outside. Plus you can't miss out on toasting marshmallows during a nice evening outside.
Please note this property has a steep driveway.
Guests are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next guest however we do offer an optional cleaning service, the cost of this cleaning service would be $120.00.
