This private cosy hideaway is a two bedroom home that is set on a lovely sunny hillside section. It has stunning views from the north and south facing decks and main living areas overlooking Hanmer Springs Village and the lovely garden setting.
When you take two steps down from the hallway access it opens up to the lounge with a TV, video, DVD player and complimentary wifi, a kitchen well equipped with a microwave, fridge/freezer and filter coffee machine and the dining area that is all heated by a log fire. There is also a deck along the front with great views.
Bedroom one has a queen bed with an electric blanket and bedroom two 2 single beds. There is electric heaters to keep you nice and warm in the bedrooms.
The sun room is great for one to sit back and relax with a good book and enjoy some peace and quiet.
There is also a laundry with a washing machine.
Please note there is a steep access driveway going down from the roadside to a covered carport for your vehicle and may not be suited for low cars or trailers.
Please note: this home provides a wheelie bin for your rubbish requirements.
Tenants are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next tenant however we do offer an optional cleaning service, the cost of this cleaning service would be $80.00.
