Hanmer Holiday Homes acts as managers for the privately owned property you are staying in. The homeowners have kindly provided their home for your benefit, and they simply ask that you treat it with care and respect.
It is important to us that you enjoy your holiday home experience, therefore should you have any concerns or problems upon arrival, or at any time during your stay, please do not hesitate to contact the office on 03 315 7336. We are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and will do our absolute best to respond as soon as possible. Please do not leave it until you are checking out to express any concerns as it is usually too late and we can do very little to help you once you depart.
